My first business-coaching class for photographers

In a time when everyone is encouraged to pursue an entrepreneurial career, there are lots of people running their own businesses. But it takes more than technical know-how in order to really succeed. I mean, even if you do own all the information necessary for your domain, you need to know how to sell yourself, your services and your business.

So you can better understand where I am going with this, what problems and questions I’m trying to solve and answer, let me tell you a little bit about how it all started. I had been a part of various interactive workshops by colleagues of mine, different photographers who have been trying to teach numerous techniques about photography, about situations and how to handle them. Well, I, for one, think, if you want to become better, there are plenty of places to learn from.

I wanted to talk about something entirely different. I wanted to become better at promoting myself, as well as others who are interested. Having a bachelor degree and some work experience in marketing, I thought my experiences can come in handy. These workshops were intended for us to share knowledge, which is why I’ve invited digital marketers, entrepreneurs and business managers to bring valuable information. The first two meetings consisted of some 5 people, but I’m planning to enlarge this circle as well as to organize private one-on-one sessions. These will allow us to focus on one particular business and therefore plan and act in accordance for the better good of each business.

I will be posting these events and information about them. If you are interested, you can contact me here for details and sign-up.
